Welcome to my blog! I hope you enjoy reading about my busy life with my husband of 30 years and our four sons and daughter-in-law. We are now empty nesters and my blog is helping me through the journey. I love the Lord and I love my family. I also love to decorate and go to thrift stores!
Okay, so the kids have had their first look and we've gotten all of the photos done, now we are ready for the actual wedding ceremony to start.
The guests were all seated and then Eric and I came in and then Rachelle's mother who was escorted by her son. I snapped this picture of my beautiful daughter-in-love, Megan and my two beautiful sisters, Kelli and Kathi and their families.
Grayson and the pastor stepped into place. Grayson is so handsome! I can tell he's a little bit nervous!
The music started and the wedding party started walking in. It was just beautiful! The girls are so pretty in their peach dresses and the guys are so handsome in their bow-ties!
My son with his groomsmen! Grayson, his best friend, Garrett, his brother's Mackenzie, Cameron and Hayden and Rachelle's brother, Austin.
Here come the mom's with the ring bearer and flower girl!
They are so precious! My sweet daughter-in-love, Brittany looks so pretty!
Be still my heart! These two were just so precious!
They happily went to their daddies!
Here comes the bride! Oh how pretty she looked coming in on the horse and carriage!
Grayson had tears in his eyes! I was so touched when he took a brief look at me. That meant the world to me!
What an enchanting moment!
Her father's escorted her out of the carriage.
Grayson is so in love with his bride!
I thought it was so sweet of her to have both her father and stepfather walk her down the isle!
Here she's hugging her Dad and Grayson's ready to take her hand.
A few weeks prior, the pastor had them both write down their love story and give it to him. He blended their stories and read it at the wedding. It turned out so cute, funny and sweet!
All the handsome groomsmen!
Saying their vows before God and all of these witnesses!
It's such a happy day!
They both teared up while giving their rings.
This is really happening!
You can see it on Rachelle's face! Their dreams are coming true!
You may kiss the bride!
Such a happy and emotional moment!
They are so thrilled!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
...first time ever...
...Mr. and Mrs. Happy Ever After!!!
Just one more kiss!
They both got into the carriage and...
...just like in the movies...
...they rode off into the sunset happily ever after! Well...for about 15 minutes then they came back for the reception!
Congratulations Grayson and Rachelle!!!! We love you!
